Global Facility Solutions Named Commissioning Agent for Army National Guard Readiness Center
Global Facility Solutions is responsible for Commissioning Agent (CxA) services for the new construction of the Army National Guard Readiness Center in Easton, Maryland. The owner’s goal is to gain Silver LEEDv4 Enhanced Commissioning status and Fundamental Commissioning of a new construction project. This facility is approximately 41,000 sq. ft., incorporating a continuous air and moisture barrier building envelope and geothermal closed-loop ground source heat pumps as the primary HVAC strategy.
GFS will develop the Commissioning Plan Overview and Commissioning Documentation, develop equipment start-up and check-out plans, develop pre-functional tests, and verify the installation and performance of the commissioned systems.
