Global Facility Solutions is responsible for Commissioning Agent (CxA) services for the new construction of the Army National Guard Readiness Center in Easton, Maryland. The owner’s goal is to gain Silver LEEDv4 Enhanced Commissioning status and Fundamental Commissioning of a new construction project. Global Facility Solutions is responsible for Commissioning Agent Services for Johns Hopkins University’s new construction project Green Spring Station Pavilion III.
